Service Deliverables
Unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement between us:
For custom font design and development services, you will receive a license to use the fonts I create for you, but I retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in such fonts.
For font engineering services applied to your existing designs, you retain ownership of the designs, but I retain ownership of the technical solutions, code, and processes used to engineer the fonts.
The specific rights granted to you will be detailed in the separate service agreement for each project.
5. User Submissions
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback to me regarding the Website or Services (“Submissions”), you acknowledge that:
- Submissions are not confidential
- I have no obligation to keep Submissions confidential
- I am free to use and disclose Submissions for any purpose without compensation to you
